RentSwiper – “Swipe right to rent right.”

Shouldn’t the process of renting be simple? That’s what we think. So, let us help you, whether you are renting out or finding a place to rent. With RentSwiper, we strive to facilitate connections between landlords and tenants as easily as possible. How do we do that? Well, that’s where we incorporate a little gesture technique called swiping.

Tenants swipe left (negative) or right (positive) on rental property listings. The landlord then looks through tenants who liked the property and proceeds to swipe on them. Once the landlord swipes positively on an interested tenant, then the landlord can initiate an in-app message to the tenant.

Signing up is straightforward, you will need to input your full name, email, a password, and use a cell phone number for text verification.

As a landlord, you can upload a listing of your rental property and add details such as photos and number of bedrooms.

As a tenant, you can search and filter rental listings, and then proceed to swipe right to like the property, and swipe left to pass on it.

If the tenant swipes right on a landlord’s rental property listing, then the landlord will see that the tenant liked the property, and then can swipe right to like the tenant, which will prompt a message screen which the landlord can send a first initial message to the tenant.
